I’m Jenna: a therapist for ADHD with ADHD.

I help adults with ADHD get out of survival mode, not by adding more to their to-do list, but by helping them regulate their nervous system so their brain can finally work with them, not against them.

I was diagnosed at 32, with two small kids and a calendar that felt impossible to keep up with. Life got bigger than my coping mechanisms. The frantic bursts, the last-minute saves, the inevitable crash. I was managing, until I wasn’t.

Through hundreds of sessions with ADHDers, I realized the problem wasn’t ADHD itself — it was dysregulation. Being a neurodivergent person in a neurotypical world has put us into survival mode but in fight-or-flight, the brain can’t plan, prioritize, or follow through.

That’s where the ADHD Regulation Method™ was born. A practical, compassionate, and evidence-based approach that helps lessen the overwhelm, and increase your enjoyment in life (all while getting more done)
